As a design researcher and strategist, I draw on qual & quant research methods to advise on product, service, process, and organizational strategies – with the end goal of improving customer and service provider experiences.

My work in user research and human-centered design started before I knew what these terms meant – working for an academic publishing house, I wrote, managed, and analyzed user surveys and review programs on educational content. This is where I first developed an interest in a people-centered approach to strategy and design, which led me to pursue an MS in Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design.

Since earning my Masters I’ve worked in consulting and in-house research & strategy roles.
