Reconfiguring an Office

When brightspot strategy wanted to think about how to reconfigure their office layout to better support the activities of its collaborative and growing team, I facilitated the process to redesign the office layout by planning and leading an internal "floorplay" exercise with the team; documenting findings; and presenting recommendations to decision-makers. The resulting office layout supported individual concentration, side-by-side and collaborative work, team meetings, and conference calls.
