In my role as a design strategist, researcher, project manager, and analyst, I partner with clients to understand their users’ experiences, identify areas of opportunity, and envision change in their organizations.

My work with user research started in academic publishing after I earned my BA in English, Communications, and Integrative Arts. As a development editor I wrote, managed, and analyzed user surveys on educational content, and quickly became interested in a user-centered approach to problem solving and design. I went on to study Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design, earning my MS in 2015, and beginning a position as a design researcher and strategist for a small experience design consultancy in NYC.
